Returns & Exchanges

ONCE YOU PLACE AN ORDER IT CANNOT BE CHANGED. THANK YOU

 

1. Do you offer refunds?

-FloridianDrip only offer REPLACEMENTS. You are only eligible to receive a free replacement if you received a WRONG ITEM(S) OR DAMAGED ITEM(S) You would just keep the item(s), their is no need to send it back to us & we will reship your item(s) free of charge. 

-If your item(s) gets LOST in transit & DOES NOT GET DELIVERED TO YOU  (we will also reship your item(s) free of charge). We do have to confirm first if your item qualifies for being lost . Sometimes it can just be delayed but not lost . 

-If your item CANNOT be delivered to your address due to the wrong address being put in , the item(s) will get returned to our facility ( we do keep your item(s) for you for up to 28 days until you confirm your new address with us ) Once u confirm your new address we will than reship your item(s). Remember you will be responsible to pay an additional SHIPPING FEE before your item(s) gets shipped out. ****Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks****

 

2. I received a wrong/ damaged product, what should I do?  

-We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged or its wrong. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@floridiandrip.com  WITHIN 1 WEEK AFTER RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. Please send a minimum of 3 PHOTOS of the  damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.  We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible! PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR PHOTOS ARE CLEAR , AND IS SHOWING THE EXACT ISSUE , NOT SENDING ENOUGH PHOTOS CAN DELAY THE PROCESS WITH YOUR CLAIM . IF YOU EMAIL US AFTER 1 WEEK YOUR ITEM WILL NO LONGER BE ELIGIBLE FOR A FREE REPLACEMENT. 

 

3. Can I exchange an item for a different size/ color? 

-At this time, we DON'T offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let  us know at  info@floridiandrip.com WITHIN 1 WEEK AFTER RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. We will get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible . IF YOU EMAIL US AFTER 1 WEEK YOUR ITEM WILL NO LONGER BE ELIGIBLE FOR A FREE REPLACEMENT.

 

-While most of our products are eligible for a replacement in case of errors, sealed goods such as but not limited to face masks ,underwear ect WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR REPLACEMENTS. THIS IS DUE TO HEALTH & SANITATION REASONS. WE UNDERSTAND MISTAKES DO HAPPEN & IF THEIR IS A MISPRINT / PROBLEM WITH YOUR SEALED GOOD EMAIL US . WE WOULD HAVE TO LOOK INTO THE PROBLEM TO SEE IF IT QUALIFIES
