Shipping & Delivery

 PLEASE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS TWICE BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. THANK YOU

At this time, FloridianDrip does NOT ship Internationally. We still love all of our customers & apologize for this. 

1. When will I receive my order?

-Our fulfillment time average is 2–5  BUSINESS DAYS. 

3-7 Business Days for SHOES. 

-The shipping time depends on  your location, but typical SHIPPING TIMES  are: 6-12 BUSINESS DAYS  

-estimated fulfillment + estimated shipping = estimated delivery time. The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s NOT A GURANTEE  you can receive the order past the EDT for reasons, like:

  • Issues with print/embroidery files
  • Products being out of stock
  • Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions

-We suggest you use a physical address instead of a PO Box address to ensure smooth delivery. We also highly recommend including your PHONE NUMBER in the order when ordering, This will minimize the risk of an order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother. If we received a post office box as the delivery address, we can’t guarantee the delivery of this order.

 

2. My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it? What should I do? 

-Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. 
● Ask your local post office if they have your package. 
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them. 

-Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise. If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't  be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be! 

-WAIT A DAY OR TWO . Shipments can get DELAYED for reasons we can’t predict. We understand it’s frustrating to deal with late shipments, but please remember that our estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee.

-EMAIL US Let us know about your DELAYED shipment and we’ll check the latest delivery estimates to your location. We may ask you to wait a few more days to receive the order.

-If you think your order is possibly LOST please email us at info@floridiandrip.com with your order number 

-If the shipping address was CORRECT, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your  neighbor’s, get in touch with us at info@floridiandrip.com  with your order number. 

-If you did find a MISTAKE in your delivery address after you processed your order, email us ASAP with your order number at info@floridiandrip.com  ( ONCE YOUR ORDER STATUS GOES TO BEING FULFILLED YOUR ADDRESS CAN NO LONGER BE EDITED OR CHANGED) 

 

3. How do I track my order? 

-You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, email us at info@floridiandrip.com 

ALL OF OUR ITEMS GO THROUGH A 3 STEP QUALITY CHECK BEFORE THEY ARE SHIPPED OUT. 


PRODUCT DISCLAIMERS!

Sometimes, there might be a vinegary smell on the garments you receive. Luckily, the odor you smell is just a temporary addition. Now that your product is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle. You may notice some discoloration or off white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, inks used are water-based and eco-friendly. If you receive a product with a mark - please wash it before reporting a problem.
